Parallel double V structure of highest quality thick
steel tube sharing out evenly the force on each of the beams. Third
point triangle and anti buckling tubular strut. The Heavy duty steel
blade supports each receive blades. The latter are made of steel and
are judiciously designed to make for the most farming friendly work
possible, fewer clods, low power absorption, as well as a good soil
penetration. No surface disturbance, no rotation and earth clod inertia,
only splitting and raising earth. The blades are protected by a triangular
steel coulter. The safety guard on each blade is a scissor bolt with
28 tonne breaking point which makes for working in the most difficult
conditions. The tempered and wrought steel ploughshares are mounted
with a socket head bolt (BTR) and nut to facilitate removal. They are
equipped with several holes, which enable them to be moved forward in
the course of wear and tear. A mixed design roller (bars et discs )
covers the whole working width. It is mounted on a double timkon bearing
reacting to vertical and side forces, enabling working on slopes.
Adjustment is carried out with screw jacks affording high precision.
It allows load transfer onto the front drive of the tractor thus avoiding
any centring.
