Plastic recovery machine :

Description of the machine:

The machine consists of a tubular chassis assembled by mechanical welding and has a three-point type tow system. On the front of this chassis (tractor side) two teeth are mounted enabling the unearthing of the plastic. These teeth are adjustable both in width and height.

It is possible to mount a blade on the end of the two teeth, enabling lifting of the plastic without tearing it (the blade is provided as an option). Two gauge wheels mounted on screw jacks enables the working depth to be adjusted at any moment and are also adjustable in width. Then there is the sheet cleaning and tension element, which consists of a bi-conical cage roller and two wheels mounted on a shaft driven by a hydraulic engine. The position of the wheels on the shaft as well as the position of the shaft in relation to the cage roller are adjustable. At the end of the chassis is the large diameter retractable mandrel. The mechanization to pick up the sheets relieves work and reduces costs. This also gives the possibility of storing the plastic in the form of bales, thus facilitating handling and transport.

Sheet lifting autonomy is considerable (around 1000metres of plastic), and releasing of the bale is effortless and quick. Rolling up the plastic is always proportional to the movement of the machine. The bale formed is regular and compact. Adjustments are easy and fast.

Elements of safety and conformity:
The machine has few units and from the tractor cabin the course of the sheeting may be easily monitored. The bale of plastic once released stays on the ground thus avoiding handling accidents. The operator may at any moment stop the rotation of the hydraulic engine from his driving position on the machine. This is possible from an emergency stop button.

The Recup V model has a an elevator and rotative arm with hydraulic jack.

The speed recovery regulation is controlled by a command box in the tractor. His rotative bed enables to recover the plastic on  on the front, on right or left. To recover from the side, from far and high enable to clear the plastic from the ground and vegetables with vibrations, without brushing it.
