DROP BY DROP TUBE ROLLER
This modular device can be used mounted on a 3 point
beam to the front or the back of the tractor or on a trailer. It winds
on flat tubes of all models (width from 32 to 75 mm).
There exist 2 winding mandrels :

1 bi-conical mandrel to lift up the tube for single usage (in order to destroy it)

1 drum with hubs for reusable tube, enabling the tube to be stored until it is used again.
The device is driven by a hydraulic engine of which the speed is adjustable from 0 to 400 revs/min. Winding power is adjustable and obtains a constant tension on the tube whatever the speed of winding. The machine includes a guiding system enabling winding on a contiguous whorl for maximum capacity. The guiding head has two rollers with adjustable distancing, which prevent the tube from twisting and squash the remaining water in the tube. The dimensions and weight of each device make possible the installation of several elements on the same so as to recover several tubes all in one go.
